Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

Refunds

We are a family-owned small business and do our best to provide you with the best customer service and craftsmanship. Because our products are customized, we do not offer refunds.

If your order was damaged during shipping, please refer to our Damaged Packages policy below.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges on personalized items. To request an exchange for a non-personalized item, you must notify us by calling 405-757-7211 or sending an email to aloha@sweetpineappledesigns.com within 1-2 business days upon receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back and it must be in original and unused condition.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you are sending back an item valued mored than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will offer your choice of an exchange or store credit. Store credit is not redeemable for cash.

PLEASE NOTE: Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been started, we are unable to cancel it. If you contact us before we start on your order, we may require a change fee. The change fee amount will be determined by the amount of modifications requested.

Order Information

Turnaround Time

While we are a family-owned small business, our full-time jobs and family schedules do come first. Depending on the type of request, we do our best to fulfill orders within 5-10 business days. This is subject to change depending holidays and current workloads. If there will be a major delay in your order due to unforseen circumstances, we will contact you ASAP.

Turnaround time does not include shipping times. Please refer to our Shipping Standards below.

PLEASE NOTE: Rush orders may incure an additional rush fee.

Custom Orders

For some custom order requests, we will communicate with you and provide digital proofs ahead of time when necessary. Once a proof is approved, we will send a separate invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders must be approved and the invoice must be paid before the order is started.

If payment is not received within 72 hours, or we do not hear from you within that timeframe, your order will be cancelled.

Logo Engraving

We require logos to be sent in the highest resolution possible in PNG, SVG, or EPS format. An additional charge may be added depending on the complexity in digitizing your logo into the format we need.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not be held liable for logos provided to us by customers.

Project Materials

Most of our items are created with natural wood and finishes. Wood materials, paint colors, and stain finishes may vary slightly per product due to the type of wood and grain.

Wholesale Orders

We offer wholesale pricing for most of our items and require a minimum quantity purchase of 50 items per product or a minimum of purchase $150 depending on the request.

Local Pickup and Shipping

Local Pickup

Sweet Pineaple Designs is located in Edmond, Oklahoma and we offer free local pickup. If you choose this option when placing an order, we will provide you with pickup information when your order is ready. We do not offer delivery services.

Shipping Standards

Standard shipping is 1-3 business days after an order has been completed. We do our best to ship out orders in batches. Next day shipping is available after an item is completed on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and will provide a tracking number as soon as one is ready.

PLEASE NOTE: Turnaround time does not include shipping timeframes. Once an order is shipped, we cannot be held liable for delivery issues or delays by the shipping company.

Damaged Packages

Once your order is shipped, Sweet Pineapple Designs is not liable for any damages incurred during shipping. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at 405-757-7211 or send an email to aloha@sweetpineappledesigns.com so that we can file a claim, if needed. We will assess the damages and work with you on the best resolution for a replacement.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally. However, in support of our fellow military families, we are happy to ship to APO and FPO addresses.
