Refunds and Exchanges


Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. We are a small business and do our best to provide you with the best customer service and craftsmanship. However, if your order was damaged during shipping, please refer to our damages policy below.


We do not accept exchanges on personalized items. To request an exchange for a non-personalized item, you must notify us within 1-2 business days upon receiving your order by filling out our contact form. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back and it must be in original and unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you are sending back an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at 405-757-7211 or email aloha@sweetpineappleshop.com so that we may file a shipping claim and work with you on a replacement.

Our Refund and Exchange policy is in effect for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit. Mahalo for understanding and supporting our small business.
